The choice and size of stones
The colored stones are selected one by one by Albane during her travels around the world. The diamonds are selected in Antwerp. All center stones are certified .
The drawing
Albane M. makes a sketch then the drawing will take its dimensions thanks to the realization of a 3D model made on computer or a wax made by hand.
Wax
A model of the jewel will be sculpted in wax or printed in 3D. After its final validation, comes the moment of melting, the wax becomes the desired metal and our jeweler can start cleaning it.
The jeweler's assembly
The jeweler works with precision and skill precious metals such as silver, gold or platinum in order to achieve a beautiful creation of jewelry. The assembly stages take place in the manufacturing workshop in Paris. Our workshop selects the best artisans in Place Vendôme. Also working for high jewelry houses such as Chanel, Chaumet and VCA, they ensure a quality equivalent to that of the iconic houses of Place Vendôme.
Crimping
Setting is the delicate stage where the metal gradually gives way to the stones. The stones are set one by one in gold. The setting therefore requires incredible meticulousness.
Polishing and rhodium plating
Each piece is then meticulously polished in order to obtain an optimal shine.
Rhodium plating consists of applying a layer of a material called rhodium to white or white gold jewellery. White and light, this very rare metal comes from the platinum family. It only melts around 2000°C. But once the past layer hardens, the jewel becomes shiny and radiant.
The hallmark
Once finished, a hallmark is affixed to each piece to certify that the metal used is a precious metal, gold, silver or platinum. The pieces are also accompanied by an Albane M. certificate which guarantees that they were made by our hands, in our Parisian workshop.
